Our final business idea with which we work the rest of the year , we came after one of the group members comment on the rise of Asian tourism , mostly Chinese , in Spain . For example Asian tourists going to the supermarket to ask if they could teach them how to cut the ham while videotaped , from this we came up with the idea of ​​basing our clientele the tourists.

Based on this, we thought first to imitate the shops of foreign products on Spain, the idea was based on doing the same, put a local in a foreign country with typical Spanish products, but given the difficulty of finding a local outside Spain in an area that may have consumption of the products offered and added to the difficulties that could make a difference of language, and the judicial system of that country decided to put this place in Spain, here in Madrid as a city great tourist attraction.

The idea is to create a multifunctional company where one party had a restaurant, that counted a part of an open kitchen to watch the live preparation of Spanish dishes that will taste, and so has the lure of the tourist consumer fundamentally.
Also, in the hours when the kitchen is not open, kitchen Spanish courses (which are very fashionable now) will be taught. The other part would be a store of Spanish food products, offered in packages with different ingradientes and instructions on how to cook them. That way, people who received the cooking courses could buy these packages and cook in their home.

These courses would not only oriented to tourists, also the resident population and we also use them as alternatives of extracurricular activities for schools.
